The university webmaster handles requests relating to technical difficulties or design-related issues concerning  the main university website, such as broken links, typos, missing information, etc.

The volume of messages received by the webmaster is extremely high, so to ensure you receive other university information quickly, you may contact the following:

• Questions or Comments concerning Admissions Requirements, Mailing Lists, SAT Scores, Campus Tours or Visits, or Information on Applying to Augusta State University, please visit the Admissions Department's Website.
• Questions or Comments related to Transcript Requests, Course Grades, or transferred credits, please visit the Registrar's Office Website.
• For Graduate Studies Questions or comments please visit the Graduate Studies site.
• Questions or Comments concerning Financial Aid, Scholarships, loans, or other information along these lines should be directed to Financial Aid.
